Cancellation policy

LIFTR LABS subscriptions — the short version

Subscriptions exist to save you the reorder, not to trap you. Here is exactly how they work:

  • What you're agreeing to: your chosen product is delivered on the schedule shown on the product page (for creatine, every 3 months), and your saved payment method is charged at each renewal at the price shown at checkout.
  • Introductory discounts (for example, a percentage off your first tub) apply to the first payment only. Renewals are billed at the standard product price shown on the product page at the time you subscribed.
  • Skip, pause or cancel anytime. Use the link in any subscription email to manage your subscription, or email sales@lift-r.co.uk. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice period.
  • Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. If a renewal has already been charged but not yet dispatched, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full.
  • Our 30-day guarantee applies to subscription orders exactly as it does to one-off orders.
  • Price changes: if we ever change the price of a product you subscribe to, we will email you before it affects your renewals.
