All orders are processed from our UK warehouse.


Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.


During peak periods, processing may take up to 1–2 working days.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

 

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes (United Kingdom)

 


We currently ship within the United Kingdom.


Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.


Express Delivery (if selected at checkout)

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.

5. Delivery Issues

 


If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

 

  1. Please check your tracking information (if provided).

  2. Confirm your delivery address is correct.

  3. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 


We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

6. Incorrect Address

 


Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
